About GGUSD's DROPS Program

In 2016, the State of California provided a grant to Garden Grove Unified School District for the benefit of installing stormwater management features on three high school campuses (Bolsa Grande, Los Amigos, and Santiago), including low impact development (LID) landscape areas to capture, treat, and infiltrate stormwater, and for developing and implementing an educational program that raises awareness of water resource sustainability. Each of the schools hosted DROPS assemblies and showcased student films.

This website was created to share the work of teams of students and their teachers at each high school who are helping to spread the word about the program and to share tips and techniques for you to take action at your homes and in your communities!
